Yippee! I’m ranking for my keyword “Best Search Engine Optimization Consultants” on the 1st page of Google!

As a small business wouldn’t you like to be saying that? It could mean more eyes on your website which translates to more business and hopefully more sales!

You’re probably saying she’s crazy! And I am. In fact I’m very excited today.

Let me tell you why…

I started this website – Best Search Engine Optimization Consultants – back in May, 2011.

The goal was and still is to help local small businesses get top ranking in the search engines. After all, I’ve had so many folks asking me how I built all these websites and am ranking in the search engines so well. And, making sales!

Now, I don’t profess to be an absolute expert at search engine optimization. But, I know we’re good. See the proof below.

Today is August 10, 2011. Approximately 2 1/2 months since I put up this website.

This morning I checked my ranking on Google for the exact keyword phrase “best search engine optimization consultants”…[side note: the way you check the exact keyword phrase is to put the term all in quotes "|". These are searches in Google that match exactly this keyword phrase].

A couple of other items to note. This is a new website. There are over 345,000 results [see this number below the search engine bar]. I have only run 2 SEO Campaigns. 1 on 6/1/2011 and 1 on 7/20/2011.

Frankly, I don’t know how long it will stay that way. No one does. Because Google does what we call the ‘google dance’ and websites dance around all over the place all the time.

However, if I keep doing what I have been doing I venture to say my site will maintain its 1st page ranking. I’ll keep you posted on progress.
